Reservation policy

Booking and payment:
Any reservation must be accompanied by the payment of a deposit representing 30% of the total amount of the stay with a minimum of the value of one night or of a number of bank card on which this deposit will be taken. In no case will the credit card number be transmitted to a third party.The balance of the stay must be paid on arrival (the regulations by check are no longer accepted).
Terms of cancelation :
In the event of cancellation, the expenses to be borne by the customer are as follows:
* 30% of the total stay with a minimum of one night's value* Cancellation within 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date and for any stays begun: 100% of the total stay
NO REFUNDS OR DAMAGES WILL BE EFFECTED IN CASE:
* COMMANDED AND UNDECLARED BENEFITS* ANTICIPATED DEPARTURE FROM THE HOTEL FOR CAUSE OF FORCE MAJEURE, MINOR OR PERSONAL CONVENTION.
Accommodation-luggage:
Rooms must be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure; If this is not the case an additional night will be charged.For stays of several consecutive days, the room will not be made after 11 hours.Any degradation made by the guest in the room during his stay will be charged.The hotel can not be held responsible for theft, loss or deterioration of luggage stored by guests in the common areas of the hotel or in the unlocked room.
The hotel reception is closed from 1 pm till 5 pm and after 9 pm. Please contact the hotel in the morning if your arrival is planned while the reception is closed.
